What I build for clients

AI systems that run in production — on real hardware, against real data, with numbers to show they work.

What you get

  • A detection model trained and validated on your own data
  • A real-time inference pipeline that runs on your hardware
  • Integration with the system that acts on the output — database, alert, or relay
  • An accuracy report on a held-out test set, including where the model fails
Timeline
3–8 weeks
Typical stack
YOLO · PyTorch · OpenCV · Python

Fixed scope

Agreed deliverables at an agreed price, settled before any work starts. Best for a defined build with a clear finish line.

Hourly

For exploratory or evolving work where the scope will move. Hours tracked and reported weekly, so you can stop whenever you want.

Retainer

A set number of hours each month for ongoing development, monitoring, and improvement of a system already running.

Audit

A one-off review with a written deliverable and no ongoing commitment.

Timezone

Based in Islamabad (UTC+5). Full working-day overlap with Europe and the Middle East, and overlap with US mornings.

Contracting

Available through Upwork, where payment is held in escrow and released on milestones, or directly if you prefer.

Updates

A written progress update every week, with the current numbers. You never have to ask where things stand.

1. Scope

I work out what's actually needed and tell you if it isn't feasible. You get a fixed scope and price before any build starts.

2. Build & benchmark

I build against a measurable target and report the real numbers as they come in, including the disappointing ones.

3. Deploy & hand over

It runs on your infrastructure, with documentation your team can maintain. No dependency on me to keep it alive.

Have a system in mind?

Tell me what you're trying to build and I'll tell you whether it's feasible — before either of us talks about scope.
